Requirements:

  • Masters degree preferably in HR, Management;
  • Previous working experience (1year min) in HR/ PO/ HR Marketing is a must. Preferably in IT sphere;
  • Enthusiastic and initiative person. Team player!;
  • Makes the things done;
  • A responsible, dedicated and innovation-oriented person, quick learner and high performer;
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills and English Upper-intermediate level;
  • Is able to keep a balance between business processes and needs & people interests;
  • Coaching skills to coach managers & employees;
  • Facilitation & presentation skills to conduct creative workshops, presentations, and training;
  • Quickly learns (or has previous experience) how to work with different tools (JIRA, Internal HRM systems, G-Suite, Excel etc) and is able to investigate the new tools for work efficiency.

Be a plus:

  • HR courses, training.

Responsibilities: 

  • Organizing, facilitating and improving the employee’s Performance evaluation & Self-development processes;
  • Career coaching for employees, managerial coaching for managers;
  • Aligning the employee’s learning resources with business needs;
  • Owning the process of on-boarding and off-boarding;
  • Providing training, presentations, and workshops about PO initiatives & processes;
  • Managing English Courses and Technical Courses in the company;
  • Managing AcademyX educational Hub and cooperation with training organizations;
  • Ensuring 2-side communication between company & employees using surveys, workshops and other communication approaches;
  • Feedback culture enhancement in the company;
  • Support in the organization of employee’s engagement initiatives & events;
  • Providing statistics and analysis on key PO areas effectiveness;
  • Initiating the PO department improvements;
  • Support in all PO activities in case of need to back-up;
  • Keeping track of employees profiles in HRM system;
  • Following company processes (time log, vacation, etc.);
  • Constantly updating own hard and soft skills by attending courses and practicing new knowledge.
