  • Previous experience working as Product Owner (at least 1 year) / Business Analyst (at least 2 years);
  • Requirements management strategy, instrument and methods definition;
  • Requirement elicitation, analysis, management, modeling;
  • General tech awareness: the ability to challenge estimates and deadlines provided by dev team;
  • Great presentation and negotiation skills – proven experience in conducting demos and presentations;
  • Desire to listen to and speak a lot in order to get the complete input from the Client;
  • Great communication and collaboration skill is a must;
  • Ability to drive the Team and the Client from uncertainty to clear product development vision;
  • Goal and value oriented rather than process oriented.


  • Work on product development vision together with the Client;
  • Conducting daily calls;
  • Clarify the ideas, questions, development vision;
  • Align the development vision between the Client and the Team;
  • Work closely with the Development and Product team on Company and Client sides;
  • Discuss ideas and requirements internally with a team;
  • Transfer the tech details into clear business flows and use cases;
  • Transform the raw input and requirements to the Acceptance Criteria and put it to JIRA;
  • Drive the product through development lifecycle: from prototyping and verifying the idea to a production feature release;
  • Define and order the Product Backlog;
  • Plan how to realize the Backlog together with the team;
  • Decide when the product increments can be released to the customers.
