Requirements:

  • 5+ years of solid experience with JavaScript, including latest JS versions;

  • Excellent knowledge in React/Redux;

  • Well-developed communication & team working skills;

  • Team management experience;

  • Experience in responsive/mobile-oriented design;

  • Experience in Unit Tests/Functional Tests/Integration Tests;

  • Experience with debugging, profiling and optimization;

  • Good grasp of software engineering principles and practices;

  • Tends to excellence engineering and getting things done;

  • Good communication and collaboration skills;

  • Experience in unit testing;

  • Well-developed communication & team working skills;

  • Commercial WEB development experience;

  • Understanding of REST architecture;

  • Full application lifecycle experience;

  • At least Upper-Intermediate English level.


Would be a plus:

  • MS\BS degree in Computer Science or other engineering related subject;

  • DevOps knowledge;

  • Practical experience with Agile / Scrum processes;

  • Knowledge DBs, RDBMS, SQL;

  • Experience with responsive design;

  • Experience with CI/CD.

Our team is working with development of the backoffice of the company’s system and integrating with backend API. Backoffice is intended to give the ability to user of the system to configure settings and other related things of the system.

 

There is a lot of communication with Product Managers/Owners on customer side.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading and growing the team;
  • Conduction of technical interviews;
  • Participation in technical interview with potential clients;
  • Setup, improving, tracking and following technical processes and standards in the team;
  • Requirements analysis;
  • Estimating work efforts based on the requirements;
  • Following and improving existing project architecture;
  • Setup and maintenance of project environments;
  • Writing and testing code, refining and rewriting it as necessary;
  • Creating and updating project documentation (technical and functional);
  • Technical consultation and discussions with the client;
  • Working closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists, UX designers, other developers, systems analysts, sales and marketing professionals;
  • Following company processes (time log, vacation, etc.);
  • Investigation of new technologies;
  • Continuous update of technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications;
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable architecture and code;
  • Ensure the best possible performance and quality of high scale web applications;
  • Take part in requirements analysis, research implementation ways and possibilities;
  • Analyze and estimate implementation efforts;
  • Participate in regular code reviews;
  • Conduct technical interviews of new candidates.
