Our client is a USA-based company that calls for action against women discrimination in mass media and entertainment industries. Being a woman herself, the client wants to change the way women are represented in the world of cinematography.

Business needs

Having understood that women are misrepresented in media and a bigger percentage of directors, writers and producers are men, the client felt a strong need to make female identity central in cinematography and entertainment. Thus, she wanted to produce a streaming platform, where women roles could be reimagined and all the media content was women-led. This platform could be the perfect possibility to communicate the right values about female representatives internally and promote them externally on global terms.

Inoxoft delivered a streaming web platform, which introduces a women-centered environment, where it is possible to search for particular movies with bigger percentage of women in the main roles, add movies via Admin approval, create personal playlists, and even invite a friend over to watch a movie together online.
