That is an amazing tradition, of each company to celebrate the New Year, even few days before it comes to all the world, all together. Thanks to this, there is a possibility to show respect to co-workers, set goals for the next year, and find out more about people we are surrounded with, each working day.
Together with respect to Ukrainian old traditions, we introduce international ones to our life. One of those is a celebration of Halloween, it is so nice to have a special party, with beautiful decorations, special candies, costumes, and quests.
They say, that most of the businesses, in case of not being successful, die in the first year of existence. Celebrating a second anniversary of the Inoxoft Family proves that we are growing up and are ready for new challenges. We are willing to do everything possible, and impossible, in order to grow up, extend our possibilities and gather more partners on the international IT arena.
Vyshyvanka (embroidered shirt) is a traditional Ukrainian cloth. Nowadays, we are getting back to old traditions, implementing those to the modern world. Vyshyvanka day is one of the best examples of this implementation. From the East to the West, all the people are wearing traditional shirts with a modern cloth. In the banks, shops, malls, offices, everyone is wearing Vyshyvankas and Inoxoft is not an exception. Isn’t that beautiful?
Respect for traditions is one of the most important things to do. That is why, in respect to the Easter, we decided to start a new tradition of the Inoxoft Family – everyone brings home-made Easter cakes to the office, and we taste it together during the coffee break. They say, if you taste 12 different Easter cakes – you will have a successful year. So, we are doing our best to become a successful company.
