I'm the founder and CEO of a knowledge management platform that helps customer service teams improve their ability to handle call volume and reduce call escalations.

We were lacking the capacity to manage our complex technology, and we wanted to scale the business.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Inoxoft acts as an extension of our development team, providing both frontend and backend support. They've worked on various integrations, including extensions of products into other platforms, using technologies such as JavaScript.

We work with about six or seven people, including a project manager and various developers.
How did you come to work with Inoxoft?
We met them in person while we were visiting Eastern Europe. After speaking with their team, we felt they were very passionate, open-minded, and flexible, which is hard to find in traditional relationships with developers.

We've been working together since around February 2016 and the relationship is ongoing.

Inoxoft has helped us get to market faster, allowing us fo fill product gaps more easily. Their efforts have definitely had a positive impact on our ability to satisfy customer needs.
How did Inoxoft perform from a project management standpoint?
They've pretty much taken a leadership role, acting almost as their own department within our integration team. They're able to manage their workload with minimal oversight, which saves us a lot of time. They're also good about staying in touch through Jira and Slack and checking in on a weekly basis.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They're self-starters. Not only do they operate with a great deal of leadership, but they also bring a lot of innovation and flexibility to the table. They're incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. I've even been able to reach them at odd hours. The value they place on building and maintaining a long-term partnership sets them apart.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. The feedback I've heard from others who work directly with their team has been very positive.
