I’m the president of a broker and property manager for single-family homes. We were trying to create a website for a business that is primarily virtual.
Solution
Inoxoft helped us with the design phase, balancing many different requirements to service our existing and prospective customers. Moving forward, they did the actual website build and developed reporting metrics to monitor performance post-launch.
They started with an analysis of our competitors’ websites, investigating their organizational plans, and then customizing them to fit our sales and operations processes.
We built the site with a look similar to the major players in the industry, where people can look at a feed of homes that they might be interested in. We also made specific updates to our site that allowed existing customers to follow their homes through the sales process. INOXOFT also created links to our property management portals.
We worked through Figma a lot, as well as Salesforce. They also integrated an MLS data feed (a real estate data solution). INOXOFT has managed to extract data from the website and give it to our sales team.
Results
Our active users have increased 4–5 times over, and monthly users are converting at a 50% higher pace than they were previously.
