IT Lawyer
Inoxoft Company is looking for a proactive IT lawyer who will be working with our clients and in-house specialists, creating and editing contracts, holding negotiations with our clients, analyzing the potential risks, and working in a team with our COO, Accounting і Engagement Departments.
- Negotiations with suppliers, clients, partners, contractors, etc;
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts(NDA, MSA, SOW, etc.), agreements, internal policies, and other legal documents;
- Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies\instructions;
- Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions of operations;
- Research and advice on various legal matters within the scope of the company’s activity;
- Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company.
- 1-2 years of experience in law;
- Excellent academic credentials in IT Law;
- Fast learner;
- A keen eye for detail;
- Initiative and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve different legal issues;
- Fluent in English (including legal drafting);
- Hard-working, well-organized, and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
