IT Lawyer

Inoxoft Company is looking for a proactive IT lawyer who will be working with our clients and in-house specialists, creating and editing contracts, holding negotiations with our clients, analyzing the potential risks, and working in a team with our COO, Accounting і Engagement Departments.

  • Negotiations with suppliers, clients, partners, contractors, etc;
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts(NDA, MSA, SOW, etc.), agreements, internal policies, and other legal documents;
  • Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies\instructions;
  • Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions of operations;
  • Research and advice on various legal matters within the scope of the company’s activity;
  • Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company.
  • 1-2 years of experience in law;
  • Excellent academic credentials in IT Law;
  • Fast learner;
  • A keen eye for detail;
  • Initiative and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve different legal issues;
  • Fluent in English (including legal drafting);
  • Hard-working, well-organized, and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
