Sales Manager/Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Successfully close a substantial number of deals, drawing from your extensive experience in deal closures.
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of leads and establish relationships with key clients.
  • Manage the entire engagement cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Collaborate with other Sales Managers, Lead Generation Team, and Marketing Team to analyze potential markets (geography & industry) for lead engagement.
  • Innovatively seek new sales opportunities and channels to attract fresh customers.
  • Embark on business trips and conduct in-person meetings with potential and existing partners.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Manage complex situations with ease, breaking down challenging tasks into actionable steps.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record as a Sales/Business Development Manager or Sales Account Executive (2+ years) in service businesses, IT Outsourcing, B2B.
  • Demonstrated experience in closing a significant number of deals in a sales role.
  • Understanding of outsourcing services and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Familiarity with lead generation channels and the capability to convert leads into customers.
  • Experience in software development services sales or a quick grasp of the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • English proficiency at an advanced level.
  • Extensive knowledge of the IT industry.
  • An existing base of leads or a network of industry contacts is a plus.
