Marketing Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Generalist to join Inoxoft. This role is a great fit for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and the drive to turn ideas into action. You will help us communicate Inoxoft’s value to international B2B clients, explore new marketing approaches, test ideas quickly, and scale what works.

Responsibilities:

Learn Inoxoft’s services, clients, case studies, and current marketing setup to understand who needs our services and why;
Generate and prioritize marketing hypotheses for current services and potential new offerings;
Turn complex technical and business concepts into clear, compelling messages for an international B2B audience;
Launch marketing experiments from idea to execution using AI, automation, and other available tools;
Track results and decide what to stop, improve, or scale;
Use the existing digital setup as a foundation while testing new channels and approaches;
Explore emerging AI solutions, marketing tools, and trends, and apply the most relevant ones in practice;
Collaborate with company leadership, Delivery, Engineering, R&D, and the existing marketing team;
Take ownership of initiatives that contribute to MQLs, sales opportunities, and new contracts.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in digital or growth marketing and a solid understanding of B2B customer acquisition;
Proven experience independently launching and testing marketing hypotheses;
Working knowledge of SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, content marketing, analytics, and lead generation;
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex technical or business topics;
Business-oriented thinking focused on customer problems, value propositions, and business results;
Practical experience using AI tools for research, content creation, automation, analysis, or rapid testing;
High autonomy and a hands-on approach, with the ability to independently take experiments from idea to launch and use available resources effectively;
Ability to generate new ideas regularly, test them quickly, and clearly explain the results and next steps;
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
