I am the CEO of a customer data provider that works with financial organizations. 


What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?

We hired INOXOFT to provide us with custom software development services. 


What was the scope of their involvement?

INOXOFT developed a custom AI tool to help us extract complex data from PDFs and store it; they also added reporting capabilities. All of the development work was based on the proof of concept we developed with INOXOFT — we spent six weeks testing to see if machine learning could complete the tasks we needed. INOXOFT's team of developers used a combination of Python and AWS Textract for the development.


What is the team composition?

We've worked with about eight teammates from INOXOFT, including the project lead, 4–5 coders, and an analyst. 


How did you come to work with INOXOFT?

My close friend used INOXOFT and recommended them to me. 


How much have you invested with them?

We've invested around £150,000 (approximately $198,000 USD) with INOXOFT. 


What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with INOXOFT began in August 2021, and it's ongoing. 


What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The tool INOXOFT developed is instrumental for our company — we can cater to our customer's needs for bespoke data. Most importantly, we can compete with established firms that have invested millions of dollars into similar projects, while we've invested a fraction of that for a successful, competitive tool. We're so impressed with INOXOFT that we will begin another project with them shortly.  


How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?

INOXOFT met our budget constraints and our timeline. We had weekly video conferences and check-ins to discuss our needs and exchanged Slack messages — INOXOFT's communication was excellent. We didn't use any project management software, so we tracked the progress through established milestones. 


What did you find most impressive about them?

I've worked with a lot of IT teams, so I've appreciated that INOXOFT has treated us like partners. They've worked to understand our business challenges and worked closely with us to develop a solution, which they've adapted to fit our needs exactly. INOXOFT's team delivers exactly what they promise to. 


Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for INOXOFT to improve. 


Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd advise customers to clearly lay out their requirements for the final deliverables with INOXOFT — that will reduce costs and the project timeline.
