Full-Scale QA Testing for EdTech Company

I am the COO of Swotknot. Swotknot is an EdTech company

For what projects/services did your company hire INOXOFT, and what were your goals?

We hired the services of INOXOFT for full scale QA on both our external and internal web applications, on all platforms. This also included UI/UX and stress testing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had a shortlisted of 5 companies. After interviewing INOXOFT, their knowledge, ethical values, track record and approach to our project was superior to any of the other shortlisted companies.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

After the initial kickoff meeting, Use cases were discussed and agreed on. We used Jira and Slack for all communication and morning short meetings to discuss any issues that might derail the project.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

5, project manager, QA manager and 3 QA

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The QA produced detailed and exact issues found, with all issues contributing to bettering our product in general and making it ready for launching.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We used Slack and Jira for daily communication. Project Manager gave weekly written reports. Project Manager was extremely professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their professionalism and attention to detail were really impressive, as well as their understanding of our project from day one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can honestly say, they have done a perfect job.
