I am one of the 7 founders of the Cashbacker company. That makes me one of the stakeholders and among the people interested in the success of the app.
For what projects/services did your company hire INOXOFT, and what were your goals?
We have hired Inoxoft to implement our idea into being. Today, most people shop online and this process seems a bit trivial. Some of them never get a discount or a gift card. Thus, we wanted to make people earn points on some of their purchases, which they could turn into money rewards. Our cashback app supports cashback from more than 30 brand partners. It’s easy to find a retailer that sells what people are looking for.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We have received a valuable referral from one of our business partners about Inoxoft. The business partner was really satisfied with the mobile application their team built for him and pointed out the team’s professionalism in communication and excellent development skills. So, we decided to try.

First of all, the team helped us specify our idea, which was fresh and raw before. Therefore, we are glad that we decided to start our cooperation with the Discovery Phase and recommend this service to others. Right now, we are in the middle of building an app that supports cashback options. The app should show cashback rewards ranging from about 1% to over 10%. For instance, $100 cash bonus after spending $1000, or $50 after spending $400.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Now, the team consists of a business analyst, a PM, developers, and a QA engineer.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The project is ongoing so it’s a bit early to share details. We are in the process of development. We receive demos every two weeks to ensure all the stakeholders are on the same page and the app is meeting all the requirements.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The team’s communication is great. Thanks to the project manager, I get informed about the progress of the project all the time and I get to be present at every demo. This works fine both for me and for my partners.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The company is great. The people are open-minded with lots of ideas and an understanding of how the app should work. There’s always a better option they know and a piece of advice on what would work for the end-users best. They are interested in the product’s success like nobody else.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
To get the best output, you should be prepared to share your project thoughts, ideas, lookalikes, and everything possible in detail. This is a pillar of a good start.
