Please describe your company and your position there.

MyLesson Academy is a young ambitious team of certified teachers that started conducting speaking clubs with students of different nationalities as well as teaching them privately. As we grew, we gained a branch of new teachers and received a lot of inquiries. This made us think about creating a website to offer tutoring services. Now we are a grown company with a great potential to expand.

For what projects/services did your company hire INOXOFT, and what were your goals?

English is the most spoken language in the world today. There has always been a certain demand to learn it and our website showed great statistics. Thus, without a doubt and to expand further, we have chosen Inoxoft to develop a cross-platform mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms. Our goal is to present studying as an interesting and attractive activity. We use various interaction methods with students: from games and movies to real-life situations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Inoxoft has nice reviews and their clients seem to be 100% satisfied with their end products. So, we decided to give it a try and contact them. From the first interaction, the team has made it clear that they are experts in software development processes and create excellent and engaging software on the market.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Inoxoft is a goal-oriented company. They focus on gathering requirements to the slightest details, suggest the best features of an application, offer mockups to see whether we are on the same page, and more. So, the app will cover both Android and iOS users and allow students to learn English in an engaging and interesting way right from their smartphones. In addition, they will be able to learn more in less time and at a low cost.

The team consisted of 1 Back End Software Engineer, 1 Front End Software Engineer, 2 Mobile Software Engineers, 1 Project Manager, 1 Quality Assurance Engineer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are still in the process of product development. It is a bit early to speak about the full product, but as for now, the design and the logic of the application will be really attractive and user-friendly. The aim is to make the app interesting and give users all the means to learn the language as easily as it is possible. I believe we are close to that and heading in the right direction.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Inoxoft has an experienced project manager with a good sense of humor. We enjoy every demo with her describing the results and discussing all the work that has been done. The information we receive about the stage of the project is always useful, and timely and it is a sign of professionalism. It’s great to know that there’s a person on the team with that level of skill.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Inoxoft has never made a decision without consulting us first. Thus, they respect us and our goals. Also, we are a lot on the same page when it comes to discussing how the application should look like and what it has to fulfill. They give excellent pieces of advice as they have the latest vision and knowledge on what educational applications should include.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

By so far, we are satisfied with all the processes, especially, communication. We hope this tendency is going to last and there will be only a positive cooperation experience from both sides.
