Mobile App Development for Real Estate Company

For what projects/services did your company hire INOXOFT, and what were your goals?

We were looking for a partner who had expertise in Real Estate to help us with defining our business processes and developing a convenient tool for our potential clients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Inoxoft was highly recommended by one of our trusted business partners. After interviewing them, we chose the company based on their experience in the area, their reputation, and project cost estimate.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The details of the entire project cannot be shared yet but we first went through a Discovery Phase where the Inoxoft team helped us define our goals. Together we came up with an idea to create a mobile app that would integrate with our existing software and help us attract tech-savvy clients. The project is ongoing, and there are multiple phases forthcoming.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We are working with a team of 6-7 people, including the PM, our main point of contact. And also there are business analyst, ios developer, android developer, 2 backend developers, QA, and designer in the team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Though the final stage has a long way to go, the current version is functional and looks great visually. Overall, I’m satisfied with the work so far.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We usually communicate via Slack and Google Meet about daily updates. Also, we have weekly progress report meetings. The PM and the rest of the team always come well-prepared.

What we find most impressive about Inoxoft is their involvement and dedication from the very beginning
