I’m the operations manager for a logistics company in the US.


What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?

We hired INOXOFT to help us develop our software.


What was the scope of their involvement?

Our software will help trucks with the loading, delivery, and pickup processes. Additionally, it will facilitate daily operational jobs for our dispatchers and other workers and will manage the entire loading process. Eventually, we want to generate reports for our customers, too. All the details of our communication have been discussed during the initial stage with the engagement team before we went to the development stage. Our partnership's still ongoing.


What is the team composition?

We’re working with a project manager, a designer, two QA engineers, and three software engineers.


How did you come to work with INOXOFT?

We did most of our search through Clutch, and INOXOFT seemed to be a great fit for this partnership. We read some feedback and followed the links to their website, and their case studies and success stories impressed us. When we approached them with our idea, they offered us different options and explained the pros and cons for each of those options.


How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent approximately $400,000.


What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in May 2021.


What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s still too early to mention anything as the project is still ongoing and a lot is under NDA. However, we’re satisfied with our engagement, especially with their solution and the way they’ve implemented it. More importantly, since we don’t have experience with this kind of project before, it’s been really convenient to work with INOXOFT.


How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?

They have an excellent project management process. In terms of cost, quality, and time, we’re satisfied with their work. They give us weekly updates, and they consistently follow up. In fact, our project manager always informs us about any changes or issues in our project.

We communicate through Slack, email, or Google Meet, depending on the situation. We receive the follow-ups through emails, and we arrange online meetings 1–2 times per week. Overall, our communication with them has been convenient and smooth.


What did you find most impressive about them?

To be honest, it’s difficult to say what sets them apart from others because this is our first outsourcing experience. However, we’re impressed that they’re committed to our project and that they know what they’re doing. Above all, their flexibility and fresh views are outstanding.


Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything right now.


Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate and discuss everything at the beginning such as identifying how you will communicate with INOXOFT. You should also share your expectations and every little detail you want to know with them. In general, your questions are the key to your project’s success.
