Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm a director of Jadore, a retail company in Ukraine. It's a clothing chain with brands from France and Italy. We have been in the market for around 15 years.

Challenge

What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?

My main challenge was to grow and develop my company. We had a problem with collecting data about our goods in our stores. I needed a database where I could easily see how many goods I have, which brands I am lacking, and which brands are more likely to sell on the market. 

Solution

What was the scope of their involvement?

INOXOFT helped me to organize my business by building inner database software with a .NET technology. We have a UPC [universal product code] for our goods, and with this inner database, we now have access to see how our products are operating in the market. We also want to develop an online platform for our clients so that they can see the availability of all the goods and brands in Jadore. We plan to develop that project with INOXOFT.

 

How did you come to work with INOXOFT?

I wanted to have a full-time, general-purpose developer and I was looking for one in my city. One of my business partners referred INOXOFT and I met with them.

 

How much have you invested with INOXOFT?

We have spent more than $80,000 for INOXOFT’s services.

 

What is the status of this engagement?

We have been working with INOXOFT from June 2015 to the present. We have more plans for the future.

Results

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

During our work together, they were really proactive. INOXOFT usually added more features and analysis capabilities to our database. During the process, they were helpful with fixing any bugs. All the resolutions were achieved within one to two days. Also, I liked how they organized the universal product code. They integrated the analysis so that now we are able to find solutions to problems with our goods. Say, for example, a customer buys a product but the delivery was not handled well. With the UPC, we can organize our business process and identify the issue. They are good with data collation and related tasks. Production data is very important for retail businesses, that’s why the UPC and its features were great for us. We worked with INOXOFT for only a year and everything was implemented.

 

How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?

Usually, we meet in person. I like that they spend so much time talking with me and sharing ideas. They follow Scrum technology to manage their developers. We had some delays, but they were very rare and were always explained to me. They would call if they needed more time, which was nice.

 

What did you find most impressive about INOXOFT?

They’re very organized and I like that they were flexible. If something changes in the market or we want to exclude a brand from our goods, INOXOFT can easily adjust to our needs. They're dedicated and they care about my business.

 

Are there any areas INOXOFT could improve?

There is nothing I would change; I'm totally satisfied with their work.
