I'm the CTO at the insurance company.

For what projects/services did your company hire INOXOFT?

We are a relatively young company so the plan was to find a vendor who could help us validate our UI/UX idea and potentially update a design for our mobile app.

How did you select this vendor?

I heard good things about Inoxoft from people I knew and since the guys launched design services, we decided to give them a try.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Initially, we described to them our need and a general idea of a future design. Then according to a selected service package, Inoxoft did market research, investigated end users’ needs, and recommended the best-fit implementation approach. So far, we are working on the prototype with the potential goal to proceed to the full development.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

At different stages of our cooperation, we worked with the engagement team and design team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Inoxoft has provided high-quality services. Cooperation is still ongoing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I would give them a high score for project management. We use Jira, where we have access to their board, communicate via Slack and have weekly meetings to discuss sprint progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very responsive and customer-focused.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

During our short engagement, everything has been great so far.
