I’m the CEO & President of Hamilton Logistics. We are a legal aid firm that works with a lot of trucking companies and CDL drivers.

What challenge were you trying to address with INOXOFT?

We needed to improve communication with our clients and were looking for someone to build a web platform and mobile app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

INOXOFT created a web platform and a mobile app for iOS and Android. They added functionality that enables information to be gathered from drivers, including tickets and any violations they acquire. 

The drivers get updates about court dates, fines, and more. The goal is to help drivers keep their records clean, minimize insurance costs, keep their CDL, and to have all the needed documentation if they have to go to court. 

What is the team composition?

I mainly interacted with the project manager, and there were five developers working on the project.

How did you come to work with INOXOFT?

They were referred to me by another company that worked with them and were very satisfied.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $300,000–$350,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–August 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

INOXOFT does high-quality work. Communication between us and our clients has improved and is easier with everything done online now.

Our clients are very happy with the app and have provided positive feedback. The platform is improving step by step; it’s simple for users, even if English isn’t their first language.

How did INOXOFT perform from a project management standpoint?

They did a good job. The project manager was flexible and met all our requests, and the team finished ahead of the deadline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They took the time to really understand what I wanted to achieve. They made a great product. I appreciated all the recommendations the project manager made to improve the app and client satisfaction.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would’ve liked the project to be more affordable.

They are a good partner for software development, especially regarding improved communication with your clients.
