Another celebration in this winter holiday season – the 200th teammate joins InoXoft today! Our new colleague, Project Manager Andriy Andreyko, helps our team reach another level, and we are thrilled to start the new 2022 year with this important milestone.

What a night we had! No doubt that our New Year Party has become the most vivid event of December.
Together we discovered our teammates’ talents in InoXoft Talent Show, awarded our colleagues with InoXAwards (our first annual teammate recognition program), danced at the disco party, played improvised drums with the Garage Drum Show, had fun in the main room, and at the spacious terrace.
Our December was full of festive mood and Christmas activities:
- Together we were trying to find out who is the Bad Santa during our traditional St. Nicholas Gift Exchange.
- We prepared the presents for the XKids – children of our teammates.
- Thanks to our 27 colleagues that had contributed their one or half-day salaries, we collected $2217 for IT Mykolay charity initiative. InoXoft had doubled this amount and in total, we transferred ₴119 125 for good needs.
Did you know that there’s a special day for Computer security? It’s the last day of November. No wonder, as information security is crucial nowadays.
To be able to work with more complex projects that require a special approach to data security, InoXoft is now preparing for ISO certification.
Therefore Computer Security Day became a good chance to revise our IT Security policy, participate in the quiz with questions based on it, and give all teammates branded web camera covers.
This fall, our colleagues from different departments joined the Lviv IT Cluster initiative in mentoring high school students in Lviv.
Our teammates Ksenia Fesik, Ievgen Barakhtian, Ruslana Prusak, Dmytro Boholiubov, Viktoriia Mhlamian, Vira Vovk, Iryna Pakosh took over School #93 and conducted a series of lectures about software quality assurance, recruiting, programming, and working in the IT industry.
We are glad to have supported this initiative and helped the younger generation make their career choice more deliberately.
