To start using Marketplace Homes services, users need to complete a quick registration by filling out the form and receive an invitation via email to log in to a personal account. Here, users can choose sections based on their needs (to buy, sell or rent property). The features and filters depend on these sections.
To find new listings quickly, users set specific criteria by filtering their requirements (price, sqft, area, etc). The system provides them with a variety of options (which they can save to a personal account) and afterward arrange a call with a real estate agent to discuss all the details.
To sell a property a user follows simple steps on the website by filling out the form to contact the agents who will prepare the home for listing.
To rent a home, a user has options to use the same specifically designed filters (e.g. price, sqft, bedrooms, area, etc.) or to view available properties on the map.
