The client is a food delivery Polish company, that provides courier solutions for local restaurants to help them achieve excellence in meal ordering, packaging, and shipment. Thus, the client assists restaurants in making larger sales and increasing ROI. The company aims to develop the business across the country, then enter the European market.

Our client was specializing in courier delivery but lacked a digital solution, that would make the service visible and recognizable on the Net and attract more potential restaurants to use it. The client needed to create software for restaurants of different size that would bring them more customers and thus, become a comprehensive tool for running their business effectively.

As each restaurant has its approach to sales and delivery, the request was to build a fully customizable system. The key emphasis was that it could solve Logistics issues of the food delivery chain and regulate online purchases.

So, the client needed to create the platform, where people could order food online, and the system itself would provide all necessary information on how delivery should be done.

During implementation, we overcame some challenges and managed to create:

• Smart algorithm that defines the most optimal choice for delivery: time, vehicle, equipment.
• Transparent and intuitive UX personalized for each restaurant.
• Comply to Slack integration policy
• Scalable system that allows adding more cities and countries and handles an increasing amount of requests.
